    The Union CBA section provides access to all Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) relevant to union-covered vessels in the Marlow fleet. These documents are essential for understanding employment terms, rights, and obligations under union agreements.

    🔍 Step-by-Step Guide:

    1. Log in to CrewCompanion via the app or web version.
    2. From the main menu, select “Marlow Resources.”
    3. Click on the “Union CBA” menu item.

    🧭 Navigating the Interface:

    • Left Panel: A list of unions (e.g., IBF, AMOSUP, etc.).
    • Main Panel: Displays all CBAs issued by the selected union.

    🔎 Finding the Right CBA:

    1. Identify the union mentioned in your contract (e.g., “IBF ITF IMEC INTERNATIONAL CBA”).
    2. Scroll through the union list or use the Search Category field to find the correct union.
    3. Click the union name. All related CBAs will appear on the right.
    4. Match the CBA title with the one referenced in your contract.
    5. Click the title to open the document preview.
