I used the ‘forgot password’ option but did not receive any email

Please first check your spam and junk folders in case the email went there. If you still cannot find the email, please search all folders as per the following instructions:

Please copy and paste the following in the Search Field:  


in:all subject:(Rest Password)



Outlook (Web)

 

Ensure "All folders" is selected and then use one of the following search terms:

subject:(Rest Password)
